RETAIL DELIVERY SERVICE
DEMAND
 
  The Demand for each month under ordinary load conditions shall be the greatest of the following:
 
  a)  The greatest fifteen-minute peak occurring during such month as measured in kilowatts,
  b)  90% of the greatest fifteen-minute peak occurring during the month as measured in
kilovolt-amperes, where the Customer's Demand exceeds 75 kilowatts,   
  c)  75% of the greatest Demand as so determined above during the preceding eleven months,
 d) 10 kilowatts.
 
Any Demands established during the eleven months prior to the application of this rate shall be considered
as having been established under this rate.
